Unfortunately, both the editors, writers, artists, and all other staff of the paper have been sick like the entire week. So please forgive everyone if today's issue is not quite up to the usual level of awesomeness.

Closing Thoughts
My mom called the school and asked if there had been any reported cases of swine flu, and they said no. She works in the city though, and was later talking to one of her friends about swine flu, and he said schools are not allowed, by Carl Black, the superintendent, to disclose any information about swine flu, and to tell people who ask there have been no cases. How's that for something to think about? Looks like I'm not the only thing that's sick here.

In the beginning, you said something like both of the writers, editors, artists, and all other staff of the paper. why the word "both" ?
ReplyDeleteswine flu... a satellite kitchen was closed "due to illness" yesterday
ReplyDeletei'm calling you out on "both," not just questioning it. It is used improperly. Both always refers to two things. never more. never less. And you use it to call out four.
